CRUSHING AND TRANSPORT PASTE SYSTEM

The plant allows us to move towards two temporary storage silos both pasta and waste processing, through a sequence of screw conveyors.
Hence the stored product is extracted and driven, again by means of a screw conveyor, towards a toothed roller crusher, which reduces the particle size to a controlled value and introduces it into a pneumatic conveying line which conveys the material to a cyclone filter, by which it is then introduced into a storage silo awaiting rework. The crusher can also be fed manually through a special auger equipped with a hopper with protection for the operator.

TRANSPORTATION AND COOLING SYSTEM

Plant intended for transport and cooling of bulk product before the packaging phase. The plant consists of two screw and buffer-tank conveyors, made of AISI 316L, equipped with an external liquid cooling circuit (water or diathermic oil) and with an inert processing environment. The machines have been designed and manufactured according to the strict requirements of the ATEX directives (2014/34 / EU) for use in potentially explosive atmospheres and PED (2014/68 / UE) for pressure equipment. The meticulous production and a long series of controls (radiographs of the welds, tests with penetrating liquids) have allowed Me.CO. to respond to all customer requests and needs.
